-40 chicago freeeeeezes

Apparently its the coldest in 20 yrs in Chicago...they have renamed the city Chiberia. Windchill of over -40c HORRENDOUS. When we went in december it was real feel -17 and I have NEVER been so cold....brrrr poor homeless people.......
